I’ve known Lindsey personally and have had so many great conversations with her about health, wellness, mold, and healing. She is thoughtful, supportive, and always willing to listen. You can really tell that helping people is something she genuinely cares about. I’m so happy to see her turning that passion into health coaching, and I know she will be a wonderful resource for many people.

Lindsey is amazing! She is so down to earth and easy talk to. I found her approach to be extremely supportive and she has a great listener. I really like how she doesn’t try to overwhelm you and can break things down into manageable steps. I think sometimes we think we can do everything ourselves, however it’s extremely helpful to have support along our health journey. The fact that she is a nurse and has medical knowledge is huge! There are so many people out there as Health Coach coaches with no formal education. I highly recommend her.

Lindsey is committed to helping those going through health issues, and especially hard-to-solve symptoms that our doctors tend to brush off as “it’s all in your head” or complex issues they can’t fix. Because she knows firsthand what it’s like to go through the fatigue, brain fog, mysterious joint pain etc., she can relate to her patients on a more compassionate level. Her years of nursing experience is also a plus which makes her health plans all-encompassing. She knows what to look for and can offer bloodwork testing, supplements, mold testing, lifestyle changes and other suggestions that have been proven to work. I was having health issues for quite some time that I was concerned about. I wasn’t able to find answers to the problems that included intestinal, tiredness and brain fog. I reached out to Lindsey and she was able to determine the cause of each one of them. It had to do with my diet, some supplements I was taking and intestinal parasites that I didn’t know I had. She gave me the information and guidance I needed to help with each problem. It has made a world of difference! I had to change some things in my life, which is never easy, but it has been well worth it!
