I Know What It Feels Like to Have Your Life Turn Upside Down Overnight

For over a decade, I have been dedicating my life to healthcare as a Registered Nurse.
I love being a nurse. I love helping people. And for years, I believed I understood what healing looked like.

Then I became the patient.

What started as unexplained symptoms slowly turned into a nightmare I couldn’t ignore. Neurological symptoms. Debilitating fatigue. Inflammation. Cognitive changes. Reactions that didn’t make sense. I went from being the nurse caring for others to the one desperately searching for answers myself. And like so many people navigating complex chronic illness, I was dismissed.

I was told...

“Your labs are normal.”

"You're fine.”

“It’s just anxiety”

...and it was an eye opening experience to the medical gas lighting

But deep down, I knew something was wrong. So I refused to stop searching.

Being a nurse was always my dream. But becoming a patient redefined that dream. To me, caring for others is no longer about managing medications or teaching people how to live with illness—it’s about guiding them back to health. Through a combination of my clinical background, lived experience, and extensive research outside of the traditional model, I created the same framework that helped me reclaim my health.

What I discovered changed the entire course of my life.

The Missing Piece Was My Environment

I eventually uncovered what traditional healthcare had completely overlooked: my environment was making me sick.

Hidden exposures I never would have considered — despite working in healthcare for years.

Suddenly, everything started to make sense.

And as I fought to rebuild my own health, I also had to rebuild my home and my life from the ground up. This time differently. More intentionally.
More consciously. I became obsessed with understanding how our homes impact our health — from mold and indoor air quality to EMFs, building materials, lighting, water, nervous system stressors, and the invisible environmental factors affecting how we feel every single day.

What started as personal survival became a calling.

Why Vital Alchemy Was Created

Vital Alchemy was originally built to help people navigate chronic illness recovery through education, root-cause investigation, nervous system support, lifestyle medicine, and functional wellness guidance.

But the deeper I got into my own healing journey, the more I realized something critical:

You cannot fully heal in an environment that is continuously harming you. Health and home are not separate conversations. They are deeply connected.

So my mission evolved.

Today, I bridge both worlds — helping people improve their health while also helping them create healthier homes and environments that support healing instead of working against it. Because true wellness isn’t just about supplements and protocols.

It’s also about:

What Makes My Approach Different

I’m not just someone who studied this. I lived it.

I understand what it feels like to:

But I also understand what it takes to begin healing.

My background as a Registered Nurse allows me to bridge the gap between conventional medicine, functional wellness, and environmental health in a way that is practical, compassionate, and deeply personalized.

I combine:

My mission is simple: To help people create healthier bodies, healthier homes, and healthier lives.

Whether you are:

I want you to know this: You are not crazy.
Your symptoms are not random. And you do not have to navigate this alone.

I’ll meet you where you are, help you make sense of what’s happening, and guide you toward the next right steps. Because I’ve walked this path too. And now, it’s my purpose to help others find their way through it.
